Your commission commences at 80% for the initial two years of your employment with FIOREALTY. Upon reaching your third year anniversary from the commencement date of your contract, your commission percentage will be increased to 90%. This compensation structure is implemented annually.
This annual plan offers exclusive access to 99% of the commission for a monthly fee of $99 or an annual fee of $999. Associates have the flexibility to choose between monthly payments or an upfront payment with an annual option, resulting in significant cost savings of approximately $198, which equates to two months of complimentary service. To implement this plan, an initial $99 association fee is payable at the commencement of each calendar year for both payment options. Additionally, a $99 start-up and cancellation fee applies. It is important to note that the “99% Commission Plan” is ineligible for reimbursement through the “MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative”.
Yes, you may cancel your association at any time. Your license will be released within 24 to 48 business hours after we receive your request. Please note that the New York State Division of Licensing may take longer to process your request than us.
FIOREALTY's MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative is designed to cover the costs of your annual Multiple Listing Service membership fees and dues, National Association of Realtors membership fees and dues and New York State Division of Licensing Services renewal fees for associated agents under the 80/90% commission plan whom qualify. To qualify, associated agents must generate a minimum of $1,500,000.00 in gross sales with a finalized net commission of at least 2% or rent a minimum of $30,000.00 in finalized net rental commissions for FIOREALTY within a one-year timeframe with FIOREALTY. The one-year timeframe commences and concludes on the anniversary of your contractual start date with FIOREALTY. Only completed deals with finalized commissions within this one-year timeframe will qualify for the reimbursement initiative. Please note that on each anniversary date with FIOREALTY, your qualifying commission total resets back to $0. Reimbursement will be fully paid out to the associate no later than 31 days after the commissions from your qualifying deals have cleared in FIOREALTY’s bank account. FIOREALTY does assume or cover any costs or debts associated with your MLS/NAR/NYSDLS/DOS/NYS membership or association. FIOREALTY does not assume or cover any costs or debts associated with any required real estate courses and credits mandated by MLS/NAR/NYSDLS/DOS/NYS or their approved training associates or institutions. All balances with MLS/NAR/NYSDLS/NYSDOS must be paid and up-to-date in order to qualify for FIOREALTY's MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative. All memberships and associations with MLS/NAR/NYSDLS/NYSDOS must be active and in good standings in order to qualify for FIOREALTY's MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative. The 99% commission plan is not eligible for the MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative.
