Your commission starts at 80% for the first two years and on your third year anniversary from your contractual start date with FIOREALTY your commission percentage raises to 90%. This plan is yearly.
This is a yearly plan where for $99 a month or $999 a year you reserve 99% of the commission. You have the option to either pay monthly or you can pay upfront with an annual option saving you roughly $198 which equates to two months free. With this plan there is a $99 association fee that must be paid at the first of every calendar year for both options. Also, this plan comes with a $99 start-up and cancellation fee. The “99% Commission Plan” is not eligible for the MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative.
Of course, you can cancel your association at any time. Your license will be released within 24 to 48 business hours after we receive your request and please note the NYS Division of Licensing may take longer to process then my request.
The MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative is designed to cover the costs of your yearly MLS membership fees/dues, National Association of Realtors membership fees/dues & New York State Division of Licensing Services Renewal fees for associated agents under the 80/90% commission plan. In order to qualify you must sell/buy at minimum $1,000,000 gross sales at no less than 2% net commission or rent at minimum $20,000 in net rental commissions within a one year timeframe. The one year timeframe starts and ends on every anniversary of your contractual start date with FIOREALTY and only the deals within this one year timeframe will count as qualifying commissions. On every anniversary date with FIOREALTY your qualifying commissions resets to zero, no commissions/deals from previous or future years can be counted towards current years eligibility. Reimbursement will occur immediately in full no later then one month after deal(s) are finalized and the payout(s) on commissions from buyer, seller, landlord or tenant are funded. Under this initiative FIOREALTY does not cover any debts to MLS/NAR/NYSDLS nor do we cover any costs associated with necessary courses & credits mandated by the NYS Division of Licensing Services & their approved training associates/institutes to maintain your license. The 99% commission plan is not eligible for the MLS/NAR/NYSDL Reimbursement Initiative.
