Yes, all agents are provided with a FIOREALTY-branded Microsoft email address free of charge, which they must utilize for all business-related communications while representing FIOREALTY.

Your commission commences at 80% for the initial two years of your employment with FIOREALTY. Upon reaching your third year anniversary from the commencement date of your contract, your commission percentage will be increased to 90%. This compensation structure is implemented annually.

This annual plan offers exclusive access to 99% of the commission for a monthly fee of $99 or an annual fee of $999. Associates have the flexibility to choose between monthly payments or an upfront payment with an annual option, resulting in significant cost savings of approximately $198, which equates to two months of complimentary service. To implement this plan, an initial $99 association fee is payable at the commencement of each calendar year for both payment options. Additionally, a $99 start-up and cancellation fee applies. It is important to note that the “99% Commission Plan” is ineligible for reimbursement through the “MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative”.

Certainly, you may cancel your association at any time. Your license will be released within 24 to 48 business hours after we receive your request. Please note that the New York State Division of Licensing may take longer to process your request than us.

The “MLS/NAR/NYSDLS Reimbursement Initiative” is designed to cover the costs of your annual MLS membership fees and dues, National Association of Realtors membership fees and dues, and New York State Division of Licensing Services renewal fees for associated agents under the 80/90% commission plan. To qualify, you must generate a minimum of $1,000,000 in gross sales with a net commission of at least 2% or rent a minimum of $20,000 in net rental commissions within a one-year timeframe. The one-year timeframe commences and concludes on each anniversary of your contractual start date with FIOREALTY, and only commissions generated within this specific timeframe will be considered qualifying. On each anniversary date with FIOREALTY, your qualifying commissions reset to zero; commissions from previous or future years cannot be counted towards the current year’s eligibility. Reimbursement will be processed promptly and fully, no later than one month after the finalization of the deals, and the payouts will be distributed among the buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant. Under this initiative, FIOREALTY does not assume any debts to MLS/NAR/NYSDLS nor cover any costs associated with necessary courses and credits mandated by the NYS Division of Licensing Services and their approved training associates or institutes to maintain your license.  y costs associated with necessary courses & credits mandated by the NYS Division of Licensing Services & their approved training associates/institutes to maintain your license.  The 99% commission plan is not eligible for the “MLS/NAR/NYSDL Reimbursement Initiative”.
